Commercial & Residential Glazier/Installer
Glass King is seeking experienced and talented commercial and residential glaziers to join our team. As we continue to grow, we need team players who believe in quality work and delivering great customer service. Come grow with us!
Responsibilities include:
- Performing measures and reglazes
- Fabrication and installation of screens, showers, windows, sliding glass doors, commercial glass doors and storefront/curtainwall frames
- Providing basic service work in all parts of the Phoenix Metro areas while working close to where you live
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Good driving record and valid driver’s license
- First Class customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Takes pride in and has commitment to quality work and company standards

Customer Service Rep
Glass King is seeking a customer service representative to assist us in our daily operations. As the first contact for many of our customers, the CSR must be professional, motivated and passionate. We want someone who will maintain high customer satisfaction and uphold our excellent service standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Incoming call phone answering in office environment (NOT A CALL CENTER)
- Problem solving for customers and technicians
- Computer data entry/Internet use
- Scheduling technicians based on geographical location
Qualifications:
- Superior customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player
- Speaking Spanish a plus
- Good communication skills with co-workers
- Attention to detail
