This is the second time I’ve used this company. The first time, I had them cut glass shelves for a cabinet. The shelves had gotten broken and I didn’t know how they’d turn out. This company did an incredible job and the shelves look great! They did such a good job, I decided to go ahead and use them to replace a window. Again, an amazing job! It is not only functional but beautiful! The window is incorrectly my office and I have to look at it everyday and I am so pleased. It is also very good quality. We live near a main road and my office is totally silent even during rush hour. It is truly awesome! I highly recommend this company! After calling several places and either getting ghosted, or a ridiculous, overpriced quote, my wife and I finally found Glass King. We only needed one window repaired and weren’t looking to upgrade or get anything else replaced. The best part is that they didn’t try to upsell or get us to buy more. We put in a request for a quote after they closed on Saturday, but they got back to us right away on Monday, and gave us a reasonable quote. Next day, they were able to get someone to come out to do the measurements. Since we only had a single pane window, they were actually able to repair it on the spot and it was much cheaper than what we were quoted for. Whole process took less than 30 minutes and we were pleased. Out of all the window repair/replacement companies we contacted, this was the easiest one to work with and actually fairly priced. I'm really happy I found this company when the glass on my slider shattered. The sales person, Will, was super helpful, prompt with replies, and friendly. The installers, Jayden and Jared, were friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. They were able to come out and measure 5 days after I contacted them and then the glass was ready to install a week later so it took 2 weeks to the day from my first phone call to the earliest day they could install it. I requested a quote on their website and received a quick response. I scheduled the onsite visit for a few days later. They confirmed the size of the window that needed the glass replaced. I live on a golf course and had the expected misfortune of “losing” two windows over Thanksgiving weekend. While searching for window repair, most of the companies that I contacted were more interested in selling me new windows than fixing my existing ones. Finally I reached Glass King. I reached out to them online with the size of the windows with the broken glass and they quickly responded with a quote. We moved forward and they sent Jayden and Jared for official measurements. They arrived on time, were quick in their work and properly communicated the cost and timeline for completion of work. When the glass was ready Jayden and Andrew arrived at the allotted time and completed the work thoroughly and professionally. They did an excellent job and cleaned the space before leaving. The Glass King guys came to replace my 30 year old window that had been broken for quite some time.  They managed to get the window out of the wall which was a grand feat in itself.  Their attitude about the task was so pleasing.  They saw it as a challenge. They removed, measured, cut and completed the new glass pane install in 45 minutes. We had a medical emergency where my husband fell and broke the bedroom window.  He recently had knee replacement surgery and was bleeding from the head.  My son called for new glass and was told between  noon & 4pm.  He had to go to the ER with my husband, they called a short time later & arrived in about 15 minutes, came in, fixed the window in less than an hour! Glass King is affiliated with a Cardinal 340 low E glass manufacturer, so they have the best price on this in my area. Hey also will be at competing offers by 5% which for large panel of low E glass still amounts to something. Measure and install was great. The install ran into several complications mostly having to do with the patio panel frame. So, they called in a third person to advise, who came helped, and left once the problem was solved. This made me more trustful that they cared about getting this installed fully correctly. Their team was comfortable letting with my genuinely friendly dogs (and a cat) watch them work from behind my own makeshift partition... and that helped me continue training them how to behave when we have service providers visiting (they aren't fully there yet and the guys were great about it!).
